I've waited soooo long to purchase this for my 4 yr old daughter. When we tried it on she said " oh to tight!". She has shoulder length hair but it's very fine and soft, her hair is in a braided down style (braided to her scalp). If its tight now,I know if her hair was in ponytails or loose surely won't fit. I hate returning things,maybe I can cut the elastic out or something. This look as if it would be perfect for a 12month-2yr old child.
