I had started process to return the yellow turban one, I got two different emails stating we are waiting for return label and will notify you as soon as we take care of it. I am still waiting. I still don’t have a return label. Is this normal? I give it 1 star due to the item not working for its purpose, and getting the runaround returning the item.
