The hat is one size and I normally purchase women's fitted hats which are much smaller form this hat is too big I purchased 3 because of the satin, but can't wear them, maybe you can consider smaller heads and my hair is short as well

I love the idea of a silk lined ball cap. The pink color is lovely and the bill adjusts easily. However, it’s difficult for me to find a cap that fits my head properly.

Pink color is really soft and pretty. Fully lined inside with "charmeuse satin", which is 97% polyester and 3% spandex, so unfortunately not silk. Hat is comfortable to wear, looks great, very easy to adjust for size, but I could see a smaller head/hair size adjustment might lead to slight puckering in the back where it would cinch. Took a few days from ordering for item to ship, but once it did, it arrived quickly and packaged decently. Overall really happy with this purchase.
