This is a great hat for keeping warm. We walk the dunes and along a channel that leads to Lake Michigan and it keeps my head warm plus my hair doesn't get too messed up when I tuck it under the hat. An ideal hat for dune and shore walking. Thanks for making a hat that looks as good as it is warm.

I love this hat, I bought one as a gift and one for me.. my hair is (blonde and staticky) so smooth when I take off the hate.. I can't wait to give the other one to my friend

This foldover warm slap was an order placed with 4 other items. The history of the package is that it was shipped was that on December 29, 2020 the package shipped standard from NV. The package was in transit and remains in transit status. I contacted Grace Eleyae customer support today 1/20/2021 to learn that the package was lost and they no longer have the orange foldover warm slap w/pom!:(( I asked the customer service person if he could send the order I purchased (minus the orange foldover warm slap w/pom) differently so it wouldn’t get lost again and he said yes. I assumed that meant it would be sent by better means but not at my cost since I didn’t loose the package, and to my surprise again I was charged $10.50 for 3-day delivery. I was really excited about placing my order as a first time customer and unfortunately I am not pleased and will not order again!:(((
