For the most part, they are excellent. However, I do not like the way you handle BOGO. I bought 4 and only got one free. You could have kept it because it was big enough for a small child. I had to give it away. I had never received a slap in a box; now I know why.

I've reached out to customer service concerning the 'olive' slap I received via email and via the online form on the website. I never heard back from either. The product seems of good quality but it looks nothing like the images I saw online. It's quite brown and not what I was expecting when I placed my order. I was hoping to get a hold of someone to see if I happened to be sent the wrong color but that seems unlikely at this point.
