The liner is loose to provide drawstring adjustability which seems to not be needed. I haven’t worn it much since it leaves embarrassing indentations on my forehead, even if I try to smooth out the liner when I have it on. I also have a chunky knit satin-lined beanie and love it. It fits great without adjustability and doesn’t leave creases on my forehead.

Much tighter and less adjustable than the Adjustable Slap Cap. I couldn’t even pull it down to cover my ears it was so tight. If it’s wasn’t BOGO I’d return it so going to make it work but wouldn’t recommend.

Despite having the adjustable string it was really tight and I have a pretty average sized head. Bummer because otherwise it was really nice! Ended up returning it
