I purchased this cap for a trip up north. It did not disappoint. It was warm and looked great.

This warm slap fits my head perfect, it is pretty, keeps my head warm, and my hair stays moisturized.. I will purchase more for myself and my daughters. Thanks for always putting out great products for us.

Experience with ordering was good. Online deals were great. Shipment arrived quick. Some of the hats, the satin lining shows when wearing and the label is misaligned. It’s as if the hat is a factory second or made incorrectly.

hat is not as warm as I expected. don't like the ties on inside of hat.

It's a bit tall/longer than expected for this style of hat. I'm petite and having a smaller head, although beautiful, it feels awkward when wearing it. Still going to keep it and wear it because it's great quality. I wish I could foldup the edge of the hat to fit me better without exposing the satin.

I’m still waiting on my item

I placed and order for several items Christmas gifts that wasn’t sold out on December 1st and only received 4 that I had to call about. Then when I called again about the other items I was told it would be January which was unacceptable because when the order was placed it was mentioned of back order, and if I were told prior I would’ve chosen something else but due their failure I had them to cancel and refund me which they did but the point is I should’ve been informed of the delay and after given them a second chance on ordering from them hoping this time it was better but wasn’t again.
