My overall experience was outstanding, top rate. I ordered a hat for my daughter's birthday on December 6, 2020. It should have been delivered by the 12th. By Christmas, I still had not received the hat. I notified Grace Eleyae and they were quick to respond with an apology (even though it was not their fault as it was lost in the mail) and offered me my choice of a refund or another hat to be shipped. I opted for another hat to be shipped. I just received it today and it is just beautiful. Thank you Grace Eleyae for your top rate customer service and great communication. Thank you especially to Emma and Amy who corresponded with me to get my issue resolved. You guys are the best!

The Cedar Short Brim hat is every bit of its stylish look. Whether I do or I don’t, I feel like I look just like the model when I put it on.


I ordered the Cedar shoet brim on November 20, 2020. Although shipment was delayed, was stuck at a shipping facility for about 2 weeks and customer service did respond to my inquiries. I received the hat nicely packaged about 3 1/2 ,weeks after ordering. I love this hat!!! I constantly get compliments on it!!! It is my go to hat!

I have not received the hat to date. I contacted Grace Eleyae via email regarding the delay hoping for some assistance with the tracking. It appears that it is "stuck" in one of the shipping facilities. While I know you have no control over the delivery, I was hoping for some assistance with this matter. This hat was ordered as a Christmas gift on December 6th.
