I love the scrunchies, they are the exact size I need. The elastic did break in my black one when I went to put it on my hair in a tiny ponytail but when I called customer service they told me to send them a picture and another order was shipped out to me right away. I’ve worn them all several times and haven’t had any other issues. I would highly recommend them.

When I got the scrunchies I immediately realized that I should have bought the jumbo size. I originally thought that because I have really thin, fine hair that the jumbo would be too large, but now that I have the medium size, I know I could have used the jumbo without a problem. The medium size is fine, but a bit too thin and not the type of scrunchie that I am used to using. I recommend the jumbo size scrunchie instead.
