The logo was was stitched just off center and the folder over “fold” wasn’t as wide. Seems lower quality than the black version I recently lost :(

The fabric is so soft and the design very stylish.

The hat doesn’t fit snugly around the ears. Also, it’s longer than I like. Would be great without the extra 2 inches. HOWEVER, it’s great looking and my hair is protected.

I bought this as a gift for my niece along with the original slap. She has gorgeous hair but always wears a beanie, which in turn makes her hair frizzy and causes breakage. She loves these and I think you now have a customer for life!

I love the hat. My hair is cut really short (big chopped it!). Most hats feel just too big but this one is great. Its super warm (almost too warm lol). I love the silk linen it doesn't suck the product from my hair. I think I will tray a beanie also! Worth the money!

When opening gifts, I was told I did good! My two granddaughters (aged 19 and 21) spend too much time on their edges to stick some regular knit cap on their head. Your caps are exactly what they needed.

Satin lining is nice but I look like a garden gnome. Hat is stiff.

I have very short hair which doesn’t make this hat not fit well at all, even with the adjustable strings inside.

I treated myself to one of these hats last year, and this year it's a Christmas go to gift!! Not only do I love the silk lining but it's one of the few hats that doesn't irritate my forehead!!!

I was so excited about getting this slap from the warm collection. When it arrived it was just way too big -- not exactly as pictured on the model. And because of the satin lining on the inside, you're not able to fold it over more. Returned it.

Never received lost in the mail

It is so nice to finally have a knit hat that doesn't completely destroy my curls. AND most knit hats are too small for my curls to fit under. This hat is roomy enough for my curls so that the hat covers my ears, and the satin lining helps prevent my curls from getting roughed up. Thank you so much!!!

The hat is beautiful and so far appears to be made of high quality material, but it is too tight. The strap inside is as loose as it would go. I do tend to have trouble with some hats, but I was hoping because I saw lots of models with thicker hair and a lot of hair, which is what I am dealing with - but I can only wear it in short spurts because after a while I start to get a headache, but I love the look so I am torn and that is why I gave it 4 stars. Also, because customer service, etc. has been GREAT during the ordering process!
