Returns and Exchanges: US orders only (for international orders, scroll down)

Not loving your purchase? No worries! If you’re not satisfied we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, as long as it:

  • Is in new condition
  • Is accompanied by the original invoice/confirmation emailIs returned within 60 days of original purchase.
  • Is NOT any of these products:
    • Scrunchie pack
    • Headband
    • Consumable product (oil, rose water, clay, etc).

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Go back to the online store, and then enter that six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click "Request return".

You will receive an email confirmation so you can verify your return request went through successfully.


Thats it!

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 

After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

 

 

 

 

Returns outside of the US:

Out of country customers can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable method, at your expense. Please be certain to insure the package.** If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information clearly written with your return:

  • Your name and billing address
  • The original invoice/confirmation email, or the order number

Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund*** in accordance with this policy. Refunds*** will be made in the form of the original payment. Takes at least 2 weeks to fully process refund***.  

 

* Cost differs for returns outside of the US.

** We are not liable for lost packages. However, we will work with you in locating the package in any way we can. 

*** Refund does not include the original shipping cost, only the cost of the product(s)

*** Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to fully process on some orders.

**** Product that was gifted, cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or defective items:

In the case of items damaged during shipment, or within 60 days of purchase please email our customer care department. With the following information:

  • Detailed explanation of defect/damaged area
  • Picture of defect/damaged area

We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. We will send it to you at no charge and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item along with the invoice/receipt you received via email that includes your full name and order number. A free shipping label will be provided for you.
