I have tried several times by phone and email to reach your company. No RESPONSE from you. This headband does not fit well and sticks off at the end. I returned the bands last week and expect a refund. I ordered Satin wide bands. This is not a well thought out idea.

This is absolutely fantastic. The only thing is the flap is a little big. The texture is soft and feels comfortable. L ove it.
