Love it!

I love this brand but I had to remove two stars because I was expecting this bright olive color as shown in the picture. Something to pop against my dark winter wear but instead the color is a dark green which adds no pop of color as the image suggest. Disappointed in the way the color is advertised and what I received, j had to double check the order to make sure. Colors are not as fun and bright as depicted

First of all, I live in Canada, where temperatures can drop to -30 degrees celcius (no joke!), and this beanie is really warm and comfortable! I have quite fragile curls that are prone to frizz with even the slightest friction, so this beanie is perfect for protecting them. However, I was disappointed with the color—I was expecting a bright, lime green like in the photos, but it is actually much darker. I even thought there had been a mistake with my order. Customer service was quick and courteous in their response, but they told me that the color was indeed correct and that there could be differences due to lighting and photos. Overall, I am satisfied with the beanie, but I think the photos might need to be updated.

I was disappointed in the color. The color was not olive green as seen on the site. It was just green like crayon green. The quality was good. I ended up gifting it away.

This is a really nice hat. Mostly because of the lining. My hair is fine and a regular knit hat is not very good for my type hair. The satin lining protects it from breakage❤️

I am totally disappointed for the first time since I've been ordering your products. I ordered the Olive Chunky Knit Satin-Lined Beanie in the color -- OLIVE. On the website it looks like it's almost a Chartreuse green... much brighter than the OLIVE dull green I received today.I will not return the beanie because I love your satin-lined beanies, however the color is totally NOT what I expected. Recommend your website better reflect the true color of your products in the future.I have several of your satin-lined beanies and slap caps. And, I must say I'm an overall fan. My most favorite is my "Mustard" colored chunky knit satin line beanie. I love the brightness of the color and the overall look and feel. I wear it often because in the winter we're all bundled up and my bright yellowish beanie adds a ray of sunlight on any cold winter day.Again, thank you for your great and quality products. I just needed to express my disappointment in the color. I expected another brightly colored winter hat and I just have an "olive" green, somewhat sad color.STILL LOVE GRACE ELEYAE!!!!

I haven’t use this one yet, but the hat is well made and if it like the blue one I’m sure I will be happy.
