Thank you for such amazing product. In my 8 years of natural Afro hair journey I haven’t found a good sleeping satin cap. I ordered mine a month ago and arrived in London 2 weeks ago. Since I started using the cap there has a remarkable improvement with my hair texture, it has repaired the dry ends . Now I know my hair will survive better this winter. I am very very disappointed in the time it’s taking to get my order. I ordered items early October and now it’s November and I haven’t received anything…I called last week and was told my shipment would be sent out ending October. Have not received anything…Today is November 5th and i’m told that 2 of the 6 will be sent out today, and the rest will be sent out November 15th?
I heard great things about Grace Eleyae’s products but I will certainly not recommend anything due to the lack of courtesy to inform me of such a delay. I don’t care how good the product is…I will never ever order again or recommend products to anyone…No courtesy at all. So…very disappointed. I wanted to encourage, contribute and promote your products as this is business that is very important needed for women of color. No good at all….
